Alyssa Ashley

The Fragrance house Alyssa Ashley was founded as a result of the decade "The Swinging Sixties" (60 century). The decade has become known for its turbulence with phenomena such as månresor, human rights movements, The band The Beatles and the style "flower power". The name is inspired by the founder's youngest daughter, who was named Alyssa but was called Ashley as the nickname of her father. The first and most famous fragrance that was renamed to Musk laid the foundation for what would evolve into a known worldwide and successful Dofthus.

The perfume Musk was launched in 1969. The perfume is uni-sex, something that is conspicuously progressive to have been launched so early. They wanted to capture zeitgeist that was about freedom and love. Musk scents of musk, tonka bean and Iris. In recent years, new versions have been launched, including Musk Extreme for women from 2009 and Musk for Men from 2001. Musk Extreme for women scents musk, clove and amber while musk for Men smells of jasmine, musk and violet. In 2015, the company released two perfumes within the collection called "Hip-hop" and was inspired by the music style of the same name. The perfumes were called B-Boy and B-Girl, directed to men and women respectively. B-Boy smells of cinnamon, vanilla and amber while B-Girl smells of orange blossom, neroli and Mandarin.
