Instructions

Stir the mud before each use. Cleanses the skin thoroughly, Pat dry. Apply a thin layer evenly on clean, dry skin.

Apply mud and leave on for 5-15 minutes. Then begin to neutralize the mask by gently washing off with water in circular motion.

• Use a full face mask or treatment on the face, neck or chest/back.
• Repeat the treatment 1-2 times a week or as often as needed.
