What does it mean to order goods that are available from a supplier?

Note that this information only applies to products where it says: Available from supplier. Longer delivery time than normal (approx. 1-3 weeks)

We order in perfumes and other beauty products from over 20 different suppliers/wholesalers.

As often as possible (from daily to monthly), we read in the current stock balance from most of our suppliers.

For the goods that one or more suppliers had in stock according to the last reading, you can place an order, and we will in turn order the goods from our supplier, and then send them to you as soon as possible.

It usually takes about 1-3 weeks for you to receive the item from your order.

Pricing

As our prices are regulated according to the market (supply and demand), it may happen that your item has gone up or down in price when you receive it compared to when you ordered it. This is not something we can be responsible for, as our prices are floating. You always have the right to cancel your order and get a refund for your order as long as your goods have not been sent to you. (Read more in our terms & conditions).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item has not been sold out at our supplier, as we do not have access to 100% real-time stock status from our suppliers.

In these cases, we unfortunately have to cancel your order, and issue a possible refund if you have already paid.
