Shipping Information

We use Swedens national mail provider (PostNord) as well as DHL.

With PostNord, when the parcel arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's national mail system. In the UK this is Royal Mail.

Unless you pay extra for trackable shipping, most orders are sent without any tracking information.

We have noticed that Royal Mail is not good at noticing you when you have a package waiting in your local post office.
In case you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please:

  1. Check with your local royal mail post office to see if they have it for you.
  2. Check if a neighboor might have received it.

If your parcel is trackable, you can track it first on PostNord:, then on Royal Mail

We do not send you the tracking information automatically after we have shipped an order with trackable shipping. Please email us and we will be able to give you the tracking number.
